HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PROMOTIONAL LOTTERY ENTERTAINMENT PRIZE

If your Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery ticket reveals that you have won an Entertainment Package you may lodge a claim at any NSW Lotteries Agency or NSW Lotteries, 2 Figtree Drive, Homebush Bay, NSW 2127 by completing the details on the back of the Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax ticket (in pen and in one name only) and a Prize Claim Form, available at any NSW Lotteries Agency.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Information and instructions on Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery tickets and on this Promotional Leaflet form part of these conditions of entry.
2. This Promotion is conducted by NSW Lotteries as a Promotional Instant Lottery under the Instant Lotteries Rules.
3. Employees, immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and organisations associated with this Promotion and persons under 18 years of age, are ineligible to enter.
4. The Promotion is only available from NSW Lotteries Agents in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) (TP 09/02657)
5. The offer of a Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery ticket is conditional on the purchase of a minimum of $5 worth of Instant Scratchies™ Lottery tickets in one purchase (NB: One Promotional Lottery ticket will be issued for each complete $5 worth of Instant Scratchies™ in a single purchase e.g. 1 ticket for a $5 purchase, 2 tickets for a $10 purchase, 3 tickets for a $15 purchase etc).
6. Promotion is valid from Monday 27 July, 2009 and closes at Midnight on Friday 21 August, 2009; or when stocks of Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery tickets in the marketplace are exhausted; or when all twenty-one (21) Entertainment Packages have been won, whichever occurs the earliest.
7. Each Promotional Lottery Prize consists of one (1) Entertainment Package. There are twenty-one (21) Promotional Lottery Prizes available in the Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotion.
8. Each Promotional Lottery Prize Entertainment Package ("Entertainment Package") comprises of 1 x LG 50 inch Plasma TV (Model 50PQ60D), 1 x LG Blueray Player (Model BD370), 1 x LG Home Theatre (Model HT903WA), 1 x Everett Worthington TV Unit (Model THEONE EN471), 1 x Apple iPod Touch (Model MB531ZBA), 1 x Wii Console, 1 x Wii Sports Kit, 1 x Wii Fit, 1 x Additional Wii Controller. The total package is valued at $6,735 (RRP) each (RRP as at 23/02/09, as quoted and supplied by Harvey Norman Commercial Division). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
9. Entertainment Packages claimed after 4 September, 2009 will be substituted for a cash equivalent amount equal to the purchase cost of the Entertainment Pack by NSW Lotteries, that amount being less than the full recommended retail price as mentioned in clause 8. All prizes must be claimed by close of business on Monday 23 November 2009. Any prizes which remain unclaimed will be redrawn from the pool of eligible entrants from the 2nd Chance Draw. The winner/s will be randomly selected electronically at the Promoter's premises, 2 Figtree Drive, Homebush Bay, 2127 at 10:00am on Tuesday 24 November 2009. Any winner/s will be published on scratchsnacknrelax.com.au on Thursday 26 November, 2009. Winners will also be contacted in writing confirming their prize.
10. Promotional Lottery Prizes will be delivered to the address nominated by the prize winner as printed on the back of the winning Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery ticket and the Prize Claim Form. Promotional Lottery Prizes required to be delivered to an address not in the State of New South Wales or the ACT (TP 09/02657) will incur an additional cost as nominated by Harvey Norman Commercial Division before the delivery of the prize, which must be paid by the prize winner to Harvey Norman Commercial Division. Prize winners should allow twenty-one (21) days from the confirmation of prize claim by the NSW Lotteries Prize Claims section for the delivery of the Entertainment Pack which will be sent to the winner.
11. If the Promotional Lottery Prize listed in clause 8 is not available at the time for any claim of that prize, NSW Lotteries reserves the right to provide alternate goods to a total recommended retail value of $6,735 in full satisfaction of the claim.
12. Winning Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery tickets i.e. those containing Promotional Lottery Prizes, are not eligible for the 2nd Chance Draw.
13. Entries into the 2nd Chance Draw open on Monday 27 July, 2009 and close midnight Friday 21 August, 2009.
14. To enter via the internet, an Eligible Entrant must visit scratchsnacknrelax.com.au. The Eligible Entrant must visit the Competition Website and, in accordance with the directions and during the Entry Period, provide the special code found under the 2ND CHANCE DRAW scratch panel on the front of the Promotional Ticket.
    (i) It is not a requirement of the promotion that the player enters the special code found under the 2ND CHANCE DRAW scratch panel on the front of their non winning Promotional Ticket. If the player has difficultly entering the 2ND CHANCE DRAW code the player can choose to enter all zeros in replacement of the code, for example, 00000000. If a player chooses to enter all zeros in replacement for the 2ND CHANCE DRAW code and is subsequently drawn as either the major prize or one of the weekly prize winners, they will have to have to present to NSW Lotteries all non winning tickets which they have entered into the 2nd Chance Draw draw prior to the payment of the prize.
15. There is one (1) 2nd Chance Draw Major Promotional Prize to win. 16. The 2nd Chance Draw Major winner will be randomly selected electronically at the Promoter's premises, 2 Figtree Drive, Homebush Bay, 2127 at 10.00am on Monday 24 August, 2009. No responsibility is accepted for late entries, or for lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded.
17. There are four (4) 2nd Chance Draw Weekly Promotional Prizes comprising of 1 x Wii Pack which includes 1 x Wii Console, 1 x Will Sports Game, 1 x Wii Fit Board, 1 x Wii Fit Game, 1 x Additional Wii Controller. The total package is valued at $658.95 (RRP), (RRP as at 23/2/09, as quoted and supplied by Harvey Norman Commercial Division). At the completion of the fourth weekly draw, all entries will go into the Major draw.
18. The 2nd Chance Draw Weekly Promotional prize winner will be randomly selected electronically at the Promoter's premises, 2 Figtree Drive, Homebush Bay, 2127 at 10.00am on Friday 31 July, 2009; Friday 7 August, 2009; Friday 14 August, 2009; and Monday 24 August, 2009. No responsibility is accepted for late entries, or for lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded.
19. The 2nd Chance Draw Major and/or Weekly Promotional Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or for other goods and are not transferable.
20. Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery and 2nd Chance Draw Prize claims are subject to security and verification checks at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter's decision is final.
21. For the purposes of the Privacy Act, 2002 (Cwlth), winners of Promotional Lottery Prizes are informed that their names, addresses and telephone numbers will be recorded by the Promoter and supplied to Harvey Norman Commercial Division for the purpose of providing prizes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Such details may be retained for audit purposes.
22. All 2nd Chance Draw winners will be published on scratchsnacknrelax.com.au. Winner details will be published on Tuesday 4 August, 2009; Tuesday 11 August, 2009; Tuesday 18 August, 2009; and Wednesday 26 August, 2009. Winners will also be contacted in writing confirming their prize.
23. 2nd Chance Draw Promotional Prizes will be delivered to the address nominated by the prize winner. 2nd Chance Draw Promotional Prizes required to be delivered to an address not in the State of New South Wales or in the ACT (TP 09/02657) will incur an additional cost as nominated by Harvey Norman Commercial Division before the delivery of the prize, which must be paid by the prize winner to Harvey Norman Commercial Division. In such cases the winner should allow twenty-one (21) days for delivery from the conclusion of the 2nd Chance Draw. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any damage to a prize occasioned during delivery nor any delay in delivery of a prize.
24. The Promotional Lottery Prizes must be accepted in the manner presented by the Promoter. Harvey Norman Commercial Division and its dealers will not provide a substitute model or exchange for cash.
25. All Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery Prize winning tickets become the property of the Promoter, whose decision in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
26. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to written direction from State Regulatory bodies. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or the information on a website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this competition, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
27. All Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery Prizes and 2nd Chance Draw Promotional Prizes are additional to the normal prizes available in relation to Instant Scratchies™.
28. The Promoter, its employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless for any loss, damage, injury or any other claim whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of or arising from person(s) participating in this promotion and associated publicity or in utilising one of the prizes.
29. Harvey Norman Commercial Division, its employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless for any loss, damage, injury or any other claim whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of or arising from person(s) participating in this promotion and associated publicity or in utilising one of the prizes.
30. All entries become the property of the Promoter, whose decision in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
31. Further details as to the conduct of Instant Lotteries and Promotional Instant Lotteries may be obtained by reading the Instant Lotteries Rules available at any Agency or nswlotteries.com.au.
32. The serial number on the front of the Scratch, Snack 'N' Relax Promotional Lottery ticket is not part of the game.
33. Any image of the Entertainment Pack used or shown on any advertising material is for illustration purposes only.
